Who are we?

The Literary Palette is a vibrant and diverse high school writing community where words of every genre flow from pens around the world, eagerly waiting to captivate and inspire you.

Our story starts in the summer of 2023, at Yale Young Writer’s 12th annual online workshop, which allowed us to connect over our passion for writing across states, countries, and oceans. Soon after, we began the process of creating a teen literary magazine that would allow us to show the world who we are—we’re teens, we’re writers, but ultimately, we’re people trying to make a difference in the world one word at a time.

Where Are We From?

We are a team of 20+ passionate writers,  ranging from 5 different countries and 15 different states, based in the USA.
